New character

Lately have been kinda messy, and I dig out some very old series to watch, and reminds me a lot of good old things, and.. ..nvm..

and, the monster company 4some mascot and difficulty in dealing with head, my head is mess… so I’ve discussed with them and decide to create a new monster to deal with the messiness. (Ya, I discussed with the 4monsters)

A simple day…

 

Sometimes I don’t know who is viewing my blog and who is not, I blv I don’t have much reader, and that’s all I need… I don’t share things, ya, some people would say I am pretentious to be secretive and I am..

I feel secure to know others not knowing about me… I never blame people for not understanding me, because it is how it is mend to be…

I always grateful about everything I have and not have, and this characteristic makes me childish and make me happy most of the time, but, but I am not entirely feeling happy lately… When I am not happy, I won’t forcefully drag myself out of it, saying happy is a day, and not happy is also a day, why not spent it happily doesn’t works on me.. I appreciate the unhappy, I will soothe myself and it will go away when I am ready.

Is this an emo paragraph? ew…I hate to write ‘emo’ stuff…it gross..

Fly away

(sketching animal is much easier than sketching human face, cuz you can simply say alike and not alike looking at one face, but animal, you can’t :D )

I am selected to meet with our course external examiner. This external examiner is from Bath University, he will be audit our exam paper grading and meet with some student and ask what is our problem and what we think should be improve..

I ask our course director why am I selected, I alone represent 80 students in our course to talk with the examiner… I am sure I am not the best nor the worst in any field, maybe they want to choose a very typical ordinary student, then ya, I should be the candidates. Along with another 3 student from other course.

Germany Finale V

I think there will be several more post Germany episode, cuz I am going to retrieve other cast’s portion of photographs, some might worth a share.

One significant thing about Germany is Berlin, and Berlin wall is a landmark of Berlin, it it taken down 21 years ago..

This wall create so many touching and sad stories, divided a city into 2. The history starts after WW2… you guys want a little history lesson? I am not loaded with European history, but basically is because WWII, Germany is the losing party, the country is being cut into pieces by the winning party, and Berlin as the center of Germany, and Germany is surrounded by so many other European country, thus Germany is sees as the center of Europe, all of the winning party is interested in having a piece of Berlin…

so, at the time, Berlin is separated into 4 pieces, but the Stalin got the east side, which is 50% of Berlin and France, Britain and USA got the west.

Stalin (one of the most powerful politician after Hitler) start to hate the west Berlin country, and cut off all supply to west berlin only allowing air freight… thinking they will give up and then surrender west Berlin to him, but then the 3 countries work together and have the whole west berlin supply supply by air freight, for almost a year, estimate 200,000 flight of supply.

this is the legendary ‘Berlin Blockade’

Well, Soviet Union (Stalin party) understand the plan doesn’t works as how it suppose to be (the air freight supply even more than before the blockade), then blah blah blah, ha ha ha, then say, it is not working sorry and no hard feeling (this is by my tour guide, hahaha)…

Then one day! suddenly, Soviet union block all entry and exit between west and east Berlin… (well, they have border before this as they are owned by different country, then the military forces block out all exit and entry between west and east, precisely, block the entire west Berlin.

Then they start to put up fences, then slowly become wall in years…

(imagine kids who go overnight in their grams place on another side that day, or a one night stand on another side, with whatever reason happen to be on the another side of Berlin, then you are stuck there… longest one night stand?)

this following is one part of the remaining Berlin wall, opposite the memorial. can see there is 2 layer of wall, I capture this photo from the USA side, basically most people tends to run from the east to west, to USA, so USA side you can see lots of graffiti, as anyone can go to the wall…

but from another side, Soviet Union side, there is 2 layer, no one can actually touch the real wall before going thru the pre-wall barrier (another wall), there is watch tower… like a prison..

Heavy and sad interesting history (people~~ read it okay~)

This what I am holding is Currywurst.. Germany hotdogs in ketchup with curry powder on top, is an invention during the blockade, become another trademark of Germany. sausages. (sue, you are right, she always got the wrong pose)

      

The day visiting the memorial is the last day, thus, we are in the airport after our last currywurst (we have ice cream everyday, and also sausages, it is a must~?) but this photo I post because it is from the most famous stall

we were a little early in the airport, so Mica suggest that we get a little sunshine outside the airport~..lol, I ‘ve never do this before.. I told him this is not asianic culture..

So, basically, that’s the trip, in brief… it is a awesome trip with this group of cast, totally lovely,

We met Mica fren one day, she can’t speak english very well, so basically we don’t have conversation at all, but this drink, Kiba, is my favorite. is a juice mixture of cherry and banana… yay! love it!

Very very difficult to capture a portrait here, extremely difficult for a entry level photographer like me, with a compact..-.-

I give up, I never take any photograph and tell the cast, LETS GO!

they refuse, and say, just take it… (then I realize how much they appreciate the group photo these few days for being the director.. I will start by saying, group photo!

Setting up… then shout! get SET! READY! …. then run to them and say, smile when it blink very fast….

(sometimes I thought they are annoyed, then that day I know they like it actually)

When I say SMILE!, in 3 second, I will capture a photo..lol, when you see them respond after 1st, 2nd day when you say SMILE!, they will be ready for a photo… I totally love it…

Hahaha, this is never ending.. okok, next post will be the last, don’t get bored.. hahaha

I’ve got one of my assignment result! yesh! I got a A! and this is 100% of the subject, wohoo, got a A for the subject, Logistic and supply chain! yay….

ok, back to the story, this is the outlook of the night train from the previous post we slept

And, as usual Ice cream everyday, I start to wonder, this might be the Thai culture.. not Malaysian’s culture, cuz I don’t remember going anywhere and crave for ice cream everyday….

The Jewish memorial~ many people is killed during the ruling of Hitler as everyone known, and especially Jewish.. (then gypsies, communist, homosexuality and so on), without a specific measure, Hitler just hate certain race of people and when he hate them, he kill them all.

Accordingly to the official history record, 6 millions of Jewish is killed but the tour guide say it is actually 12 millions. Well, we can’t imagine how much is 12 millions of people, so the memorial nearby have a museum playing a video. A video calling out every victim name and very brief about what they do before they are killed, this video is played when the museum is open and stop when the museum is closed and this vid will reach its end on 6 years.

6 years to just state each victim name…

This memorial is kinda controversial, but well, it is designed by a jewish… 

it doesn’t have a specific meaning on each block, this is the designer intention, to leave the imagination for the public.. some say it seems like a playground in the day, and look eerie at night, signify the the glorious on the surface, yet rotten inside.

some say it looks like coffin, and some say it is a maze, signify the feeling, the lost kind of feeling for Jewish during the ww2 period, some say the block alike make you see people, and lost them in sight in the next second, signify the feeling of: you know someone was there, you sense them come, you don’t know they are gone, but they was there.

someone say people walking between blocks, and you can see leg, or hand, not a full part of the body, signify the broken piece of Jewish body (maybe mentally broken)

anyway, this sad and dark history ends, and we savor the peace now.

as for me, I feel this memorial is a nice place, I don’t feel eerie, I feel a peace inside, a very quiet isolation.

ok, enough with the dim history lesson, the night we went to a grocery shop and pick up some local drinks, and mica say this yellow carbonate water is his favorite.. haha, it is like Funta..

no, is not alcohol, just addiction of acting..

The next morning, we shop from bread from nearby and milk, and strawberries from supermarket and eat it in the apartment.. can’t waste such a beautiful place, at least must sit together and …breakfast…. hahaha

Then we went to this museum, Nefertiti head is here…. it is boring…

museum is a place we should go, but it is not interesting all the time…

HAhaha, no no no, I don’t suggest this pose, I just follow.. while I set the timer, they have already decided on such pose, and I have to act Wong fei Hung… oh, I love this expression of mine..

Germany trip III

I’ve been uploading a little by little everyday… very little.. while waiting for my friend to come back and complete my collection of Germany trip..

Photo tell a million stories, and sometimes, it is not just about stories it is telling, it is a feeling.. like a painting, like a music, sometimes is not just about the color, not about the lyrics, but the essence itself, it is feeling.

this below photo, I can’t tell what it means, but I feel something..

Enough with the sentimental, and this is the train we took from Munich to Berlin, we sleep in the train. We pay more to get a bed, the backpackers are taking seat, on the other side.. we walk around and explore this train, and walking for 15 minutes, we are staying in the middle, and we can’t reach either end.. this train is totally long!

I fit in quite well, I totally enjoy this experience..

Below is the apartment we stay in Berlin, is totally beautiful~~ for 2 person, thou stated is room for 4, we still have to sleep on the floor.

A little bit bored, so, a little acting, pretending is always fun to tell stories with photos..

while telling stories of the trip, realize that the I have came back from the trip for almost a week, and I haven’t did anything solid or constructive.. well, I did a performance, the final instrument performance, and final painting lesson, and I request a photograph with the instructor, Eleni…

and she say I am a stalker and refuse to take a photo with me.. hahahah

I really learn a lot from her, for many years, I’ve not get any improvement at all in my painting as no one actually is giving me teaching me, tell me thing that I willing to learn. I might be too ego to learn or there simply no one worth listening to.. (I am sorry)… anyway, this following photo:
